Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.
In GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu, X toolkit)

configured using `configure --mandir=/usr/share/man
--infodir=/usr/share/info --prefix=/usr --libexecdir=/usr/lib

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
It would be nice if Mail mode had a way to insert MIME base64 encoded
file attachments into the mail.
