This entry from the Emacs 19.34 ChangeLog is missing from the 20.7
ChangeLog:

* Version 19.34 released.
That is not an error. Emacs 19.34 was a branch, made while Emacs 20
was already in development; Emacs 20 does not derive from 19.34.
Please do not change the files.
