It is neat to be able to do repeated M-| on the stuff in the *Shell
Command Output* buffer, the output of which becomes the new content of
that buffer. If you screw up all you have to do is hit undo... unless
a command make 0 bytes output, then that buffer goes bye-bye and so
with it your whole train of thought.
You give me a false sense of security with the undo key, and then this.
