To be constructive, your style of describing the problems needs work.
Most of the people who work on Free Software don't get payed for it,
so enduring mockery and insults to their intellect is not part of
their job description.

Can't you see that this style alienates people and makes your
suggestions less likely to be accepted and acted upon?  Did you forget
that you are talking to people, and that mocking them or their work is
not the best way to get them do what you think is right?
