Perhaps many browsing style modes that have the b key unbound could
bind it to do the same as the DEL key to scroll page backwards...
Why? because just like the "DEL/Backspace" rigamarole, some programs
used one and some another, so instead of making a fuss and asking
oneself "am I in emacs?" before hitting one, just bind them to do the
same... better then being unbound at least.
