vc-mode

To Whom It May Concern:

I seem to have run across a bug in vc-mode when using CVS.  Is this the
correct place to report a bug for that module?

If "cvs update" is done on a workspace, and a file either has a conflict or
is merged, vc-mode doesn't recognize it as a file that is under source
control.  I suspect the reason is because the timestamp field in the
CVS/Entries file doesn't contain a timestamp in these cases, but instead
contains a message such as "Result of merge".

P.S. If there's nobody available that has time to fix this, I would be
willing to look into it and provide a patch.
