wanted to use next-error with the *Occur* buffer

[it's my most typical style of bug report, a user interface oddness.

When one does M-x occur, one gets output similar to M-x compile,
tempting one to want to hit C-x ` (next-error) as one does when
presented with compile mode output.  However one finds that *Occur*
does not have next-error hooked up yet by default, though *Grep* and
*Compilation* buffers do.  I'd say hook it up.
