Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I seem to be getting a problem with "hanging cursors". By this I mean
a copy of the cursor gets left behind whilst the real one indicating
point moves onwards. So it looks like you have two cursors. If another
window is selected the real cursor becomes outlined, whilst the fake
one remains as a full block colour. 

So far I have only seen this in message mode buffers, and the problem
appears to be related to flyspell, as the fake cursors get left behind
works marked as spelling errors. 

This appears to be new to emacs 21.1, as I can't remember having seen
this in 21.0.106.
