Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

C-h v on recursive-load-depth-limit doesn't display the hyperlink to
the elisp file where it is defined, and the variables isn't
customizable.

(And it is too small, but I believe this has already been fixed.)
