Unfortunately, I don't have the source code now. Please
wait till Monday morning (JST). But, there's one thing that
I was wondering. If locale-coding-system is nil, as far as
I remember, decode_coding () is not callled. Then, I
suspect that the bug is within the code of handling
non-decoded data somewhere near the code of checking if the
coding-system is no-conversoin or raw-text. I don't remeber
the detail of the code around here.
