As long as I don't force my opinion on others, I don't need to come up
with any compelling reason to voice it. The mere fact that I voice
it is all the compelling reasons you need to hear it.
That opinion doesn't weigh more than yours, or Per's (even though he
doesn't use Dired, while I do), or anyone else's. But it doesn't
weigh less, either.
Please make a point of respecting opinions of others if you want
others to respect yours.
