One way to expose this to users is to advertize it on Savannah.
Please take a look at http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs and tell
me what would you like it to say about Emacs Wiki, and where. I can
modify the pages therein at will.
We could also add a link to it to the Emacs page on www.gnu.org.
