Thank you for your report.

However, there's not enough details here to figure out what's wrong
and how to reproduce it.  Please at least tell what message in which
news group causes this crash.

Please also type "xbacktrace" in GDB, and post what it printed.
("xbacktrace" is defined by the src/.gdbinit file in the Emacs
sources distribution, so you should start GDB from that directory.)

Finally, what version of libjpeg do you have installed?  etc/PROBLEMS
says that upgrading to jpeg-6b solves some problems, so if you don't
yet have that version, please try upgrading.
