Dear contributors!
I make patches to GNU Emacs 20.7 for Ukrainian support. But You have
promised to include this patches in 21.x release.
After announce new release GNU Emacs 21.1, I can't find this patches,
and I make new patches for Emacs 21.1
Before appling this patches, read CHANGES and INSTALL. README.UK --
readme file for ukrainian and russian users only.
Please, include this patches to next release GNU Emacs.
