Looks good.  :) I'm still missing something like the following,
however:

With argument ARG, turn abbrev mode on iff ARG is positive.
With arg, turn Auto Fill mode on if and only if arg is positive.
With arg, turn Outline minor mode on if arg is positive, off otherwise.
