To quote him verbatim from the current thread:

Note that this came as an offside recommendation in a discussion
concerned with technical problems in the Windows environment.  If the
head GNUisance and Emacs deity's comment with regard to problems
operating Emacs under Windows is a recommendation of throwing your
computer out of the window, I indeed take the freedom of finding this
not too far off from what you try to describe in a jocular
exaggeration of my original comment as the `you suck, we won't fix
your problem, ha ha ha' stance.

I am fully aware that Free Software developers are used to backpedal
around comments from RMS and try to interpret more moderate meaning
into them, but wouldn't it be more honest to let his words just speak
for themselves?
