Edit->Select and Paste last impressions

bad news, can't see Chinese in there, just see an "x", and, the tall
columnar window's feet are truncated at the bottom of the screen, and
even in the non chinese parts there are all these

single control char thingies in there [an empty entry is shown as UT
UT], and, all in all it just looks like a columnar tower of babble, as
one apparently only sees the first line of paragraphs... not enoughf
for me to distinguish them... also there is no easy to see dividers
between the choices.  Also for normal emacs commands one can
do C-h k and get all the info on how to use it, but apparently it's
not so simple to read Help/Info for this menu command.

I will examine the Kevin Rodgers solutions next time I connect.
