This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

If you try to run M-x eudc-edit-hotlist RET, you get an error:

  Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument wholenump -3)
    make-string(-3 32)
    eudc-edit-hotlist()
  * call-interactively(eudc-edit-hotlist)
    execute-extended-command(nil)
    call-interactively(execute-extended-command)

This hotlist seems like a nice idea, but I can't get it to work: I can't
create the first server in it, as above, and there is very little in the
documentation about how it's supposed to work. This function, which
appears to be the entry point, isn't even described in the manual.

Also, there appears to be code in lisp/net/eudc.el to create a very nice
menu which lists all the servers with checkboxes next to them for
selecting the one you want, but none if it works on my system; I just
get a basic menu.
