Make you a deal. After we go thru all the trouble of defining a
region and typing M-x comment-region, instead of message
No comment syntax is defined
and rude flash [or say, jolt, as I have it hooked up to skin
electrodes :-) ]
why not politely ask
Comment character (default: #):
and then remember it for the rest of the session for that file.
Wouldn't that be more pleasant?
yes I'm talking about the general case just in case emacs doesn't know
the comment character beforehand.
