typo in source code comment

In GNU Emacs 21.1's src/keyboard.c, there is a comment at the top of
record_char() which says:

  /* Don't record `help-echo' in recent_keys unless it shows some help
     message, and a different help than the previoiusly recorded
     event.  */

That's not how you spell "previously".
