Hi,
In emacs 20.7 when I tried to check out (with vc-toggle-read-only)
a file from CVS that is not the latest version, emacs would prompt me
asking to get the latest version.
emacs 21.1.1 does not, it just "cvs edits" the file, and if the file was
changed before I edited it I end up having to merge back.
