This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.
Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.
In GNU Emacs 21.1.1 (sparc-sun-solaris2.7, Motif Version 2.1.0)
of 2001-12-14 on sfsw54
configured using `configure --with-gcc
--prefix=/vol/freeware/SunOS-5.7/emacs/21.1
--sharedstatedir=/vol/freeware/SunOS-5.7/emacs/21.1/share
--with-x-toolkit=motif --x-includes=/usr/openwin/include:/usr/local/gnu/include
--x-libraries=/usr/openwin/lib:/usr/local/gnu/lib --with-pop'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
1. start emacs 21.1 with -q --no-site-file
2. customize-variable minibuffer-prompt-properties (set them to inviolable)
3. try a command that needs the minibuffer e.g. query-replace
4. enter a string and press M-/ (dabbrev-expand)
5. emacs loops but I can interrupt with C-g
BTW when I start emacs with my .emacs.el sometimes I can't even interrupt with
C-g after a dabbrev-expand command in minibuffer.
