Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

1. How to reproduce the bug
% emacs -q -no-site-file
% M-x info
% M-x Info-menu emacs
% M-x Info-search dired-x
% M-x Info-search dired-x  (a second time)
% M-x Info-follow-nearest-node

Generates the following error message in the modeline and *Messages*
buffer:

byte-code: No such anchor in tag table or node in tag table or file: Dired-X

2. Source of th bug seems to be in the xref reference of man/dired.texi, 
   line 23 (line 22-23 of Emacs-21.1 shown):  

The Dired-X package provides various extra features for Dired mode.
