extra stuff in apropos

I do (apropos "region") and notice some stuff at the beginning of the
buffer that I never saw before... as it is separated by blanks and is
not mouse-special: 
Caesar (rot13) Region
Catchup region
Comment Out Region
Delete Outside Region
Elide Region
Indent Line or Region...

A user doesn't know what he is supposed to do with these entries, as
they don't fit into the boilerplate at the top of the listing.
