Tcl-mode: font in comments not changeable

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Using "Options - Mule - Set Font - Courier" I can change the font in the text
mode without problem, and in the Tcl mode it works for code font as well, but
commented lines stay in very tiny font and are not changeable by no
combination of actions.
