oh. sorry. I was using the official version.

I probably didn't want to apply your patch fearing that it would
hinder e-mails to my best friend, Mr. X at x-rated.com .

Anyway, that RMS has fixed it behind the scenes is good news.  That he
didn't CC the bugs group is bad news as it looks like the problem has
just been laid out to fester.

Anyway, I don't really apply patches anybody posts, "as my role is to
foster communication about the issue", as far as the annoying
behavior, well, I'll hope it will be fixed next release.

anything left to complain about, right?" [plus what would I tell Eli
when asked "what version are you using"?  "21.1 and a half?"]
