C-x b M-p should go down the list of most recent buffers

C-x b M-p should go down the list of most recent buffers |

We do C-x b and it prompts us for a buffer name. At this point M-p
should go down the list of most recent buffers one by one (M-n going
backwards), or something like that. Yes I know there are unofficial
fancy packages to do much more.
