Ok, we are using dired-do-query-replace-regexp on several files.
Now we do undo. Well, it undoes from the standpoint of all the
changes for this file, which might be hours ago, instead of what we
might expect: going back thru file 25, 24, 23...'s changes of a moment
ago.
At least a note of this could be added to
dired-do-query-replace-regexp's docstring.
