Add support for interix3??

Under interop's product interix3,many gnu software can build successfully,
or only need little patch.
I have only a small problem on building emacs,that temacs can not build
emacs successfully.

To add support for interix 3.0,we only have to patch the file `unexec.c'.
Yes, some of the other files need few changes -- only few,that's nothing.
