Subject: display-buffer documents the non-existant display-reuse-frames variable

In GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i386--netbsdelf, X toolkit)
 of 2002-10-04 on proven
configured using `configure --with-x --with-x-toolkit=athena --with-xpm
--with-jpeg --with-tiff --with-gif --with-png --enable-shared --enable-static
--host=i386--netbsdelf --prefix=/usr/pkg --x-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib
--x-includes=/usr/X11R6/include'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

The documentation string for `display-buffer' mentions the apparently
non-existant variable `display-reuse-frames'.

I noticed this first when reading its documentation in a *Help* window
where I noted it was not underlined and did not highlight when the mouse
cursor was moved over top of it.
