Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
In the *Help* window hovering over a variable name produces the tool
tip "mouse-2, RET: describe this variable". However, pressing mouse-2
yanks the last cut text. C-h c for mouse-2 yeilds "<mouse-2> at that
spot runs the command mouse-yank-at-click". C-h c for RET yeilds "RET
runs the command newline".
