list-colors-display and describe-face enhancement request

Sandip Chitale recently posted his face-colors-rgb command to
gnu.emacs.sources, which made me think that Emacs should provide a
similar feature via the help-echo property:  In the *Colors* buffer
(after M-x list-colors-display) or in the *Help* buffer (after M-x
describe-face), it would be nice if moving the mouse over a color name
displayed its RGB values.

And in the *Help* buffer (after M-x describe-face), the font/fontset
name and inherited face should be hyperlinks to describe-font/fontset
and describe-face as well.
