i18n copy and paste

I tried sending this to the emacs bug report email address but a MTA
told me the connection was refused (until it timedout).

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

open up http://www.geocities.com/carolfanjiang/oldsong3.htm
in mozilla, select all the text and middle click in emacs.

some characters don't make it, some are transformed to other
(incorrect!) characters.
