Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

2C mode, 2C-autoscroll stops working in case the wheel mouse has been used to
scroll a window is not in the keyboard focus.  Can be restored by
de-associating and associating 2C buffers again.  It is annoying because I have
to remember not to use the mouse wheel in case I am in 2C-autoscroll :-(

I have '(mouse-wheel-follow-mouse t), thus it follow the mouse focus. In case
it was off then it seems 2C-autoscroll does not have the problem.
