Is there a way to (anonymously) obtain and update local copy of emacs cvs repository contents, that is, `,v' files, like ctm / cvsup do? (And use cvs locally with all its features, without need for a fast network connection.) That is, is rsync / ctm / cvsup service set up to do so?
