make bootstrap fails at actual CVS

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the actual CVS version of Emacs. But it fails
while generating autoloads:

Generating autoloads for progmodes/asm-mode.el...done
Generating autoloads for autoarg.el...
Fatal error (11)/bin/sh: line 1:   791 Aborted

My configure looks like following (I tried several other combinations,
but it failed on all):
./configure --prefix=/home/jens/Software/emacs --without-carbon \
--with-gcc --without-gif --without-hesiod --without-jpeg \
----without-kerberos --without-kerberos5 --without-png --without-pop \
----without-sound --without-tiff --with-x --with-gtk

Could you give me a hint what could be wrong?
