Correction: Visited-file-modtime bug

    My profound apologies for incompleteness in the bug report:

                 Visited-file-modtime bug, 08
                 January 2006 at about 11:50pst

    Visited-file-modtime in the root directory in GNU Emacs 21.4 running
under Solaris 10, produces a dotted pair giving a plausible creation date.
The integer 21 is the output of visited-file-modtime in the root directory
in GNU Emacs 21.2.1 runing on a Mac laptop (powerpc-apple-darwin8.0).
