When I set the input method to spanish-alt-postfix with C-\, I get in the input
method box ES<UUU and not just ES. It does not work. when I press i'SPC then
I get � even though before I pressed the space the character showed up
correctly, how do I set the input method to just ES? It eats two more
characters after i press i'. right after the "i'" i see "í" just fine but then
it eats two more characters.
