Windows 22.1 hangs on File|Postscript Print Buffer

I don't even have a Postscript printer installed but if I select 
File|"postscript print buffer" or the same "(b+w)" I get event id 1002, 
application hung. The bottom window displays "...Printing" but I have to use 
Task Manager to kill the application.
