`C-x 4 c' in Info mode, `clone-buffer' in Emacs manual

1. Instead of raising the error "Cannot indirectly clone a buffer in Info
mode", perhaps `C-x 4 c' should just call `clone-buffer' (not
`clone-indirect-buffer-other-window').

2. `clone-buffer' is not mentioned in the Emacs manual. It should
be, especially for modes (such as Info) where `clone-indirect-buffer'
is inappropriate. If it's not in the manual, people won't know about
it, and that's a shame, especially for Info.

In GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2007-06-02 on RELEASE
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4) --cflags -Ic:/gnuwin32/include'
