mouse-2 and calc-yank

Start a fresh calc session in a fresh emacs -q. Most keys are then
bound to calc-missing-key. However, mouse-2 has its global binding
mouse-yank-at-click which doesn't do anything useful inside calc.
(mouse-yank-at-click gives the error message
"Buffer is read-only: #<buffer *Calculator*>".)

When any of the keys bound to calc-missing-key is used for the first
time, all the keys bound to this command get their "real"
definition. Also, this binds mouse-2 to calc-yank (which is a useful
keybinding for mouse-2 inside calc). The bottom line is that mouse-2
becomes a useful key inside calc only after running the command
calc-missing-key.

I suggest that mouse-2 should be bound to calc-yank from the very
beginning. (It seems that binding mouse-2 initially to
calc-missing-key does not work.)

In GNU Emacs 22.1.2 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
 of 2007-10-15 on tfkp07
configured using `configure '--with-gcc' '--with-pop' '--with-x'
'--with-x-toolkit=athena''
