Why "doctor"? Use C-h k and then click onto the menu: you will see
what is really called...

Except if you installed "barebin" version (I guess).

Anyway. Please use gnu.emacs.help for simple questions.
...bug is for bug reports. And, if I remember well, gnus (mailing) has
its own newsgroup.
