doc string of print-quoted

From: Drew Adams
Subject: doc string of print-quoted

The doc string:

"Non-nil means print quoted forms with reader syntax.
I.e., (quote foo) prints as 'foo, (function foo) as #'foo, and backquoted
forms print as in the new syntax."

The last part, "as in the new syntax", is unclear and
inappropriate. What is "the new syntax"?

Doc should always document the current state of the software, and it
should not use terms such as "currently" or "new" in doing so.

("As the present now will later be past, the order is rapidly fadin'.
And the first one now will later be last, for the times they are
a-changin'.")

In GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2007-06-02 on RELEASE
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4) --cflags -Ic:/gnuwin32/include'
