bug#429: 23.0.60; Face settings not preserved in new frame

From: James Aguilar
Subject: bug#429: 23.0.60; Face settings not preserved in new frame

I looked at bug 47 and saw nothing but the bug report.  Does this mean that no one has fixed or even discussed the bug, or is the discussion housed eleswhere.  Is there another place where I can report this bug where it may receive more attention?  Is there another list where I can ask for advice about how to find the source of the problem and fix it?
