bug#497: view-hello-file documentation

From: robert marshall
Subject: bug#497: view-hello-file documentation
Date: Sat, 28 Jun 2008 12:04:03 +0100 (BST)

view-hello-file has as documentation:

Display the HELLO file which list up many languages and characters.

should this be 'which lists many languages...' or is 'list up' an
American idiom with which this Britisher is unfamilar ;-) in which
case it should be 'lists up'?
