bug#551: 23.0.60; C-g doesn't close minibuffer with failed tab completio

If you want to visit a file or switch to a buffer, and you use tab completion
but it fails, a [No match] is printed in the minibuffer. If you then press
C-g, former CVS versions of Emacs would close the minibuffer. However now, you
have to press it twice, or wait until the [No match] is gone.

In GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu)
 of 2008-06-07 on wilson
Windowing system distributor `The X.Org Foundation', version 11.0.10400090
configured using `configure '--prefix=/usr/local/'
'--mandir=/usr/local/share/man/' '--infodir=/usr/local/share/info/'
'--with-x-toolkit=no' '--with-xpm' '--with-jpeg' '--with-tiff' '--with-gif'
'--with-png' '--with-x''
