term.el can't handle Chinese directory of file.

Example, I have a two directory like this:

/data/EnglishDirectory
/data/中文目录

Default in term-mode, if i type /data/En then i hit TAB key, term will complete
to /data/EnglishDirectory/.
But if need complete directory's name is lead with Chinese, term can't complete
Chinese directory name.
Example, when i type /data/中 and hit TAB, term can't complete 中文目录/, just stop
cursor before '中'.

And same problem with file that lead with Chinese.

And have another bug with Chinese directory and file is:
When I type command 'cd /data/中文目录/' and hit RET, term can't cd the taget
directory '/data/中文目录/', just cd '/data/'.
But if i type caommand 'cd /data/中文目录/' and M-x term-send-input, term can cd
the target directory '/data/中文目录/'.

Thank you very much! :)

Regards.

Andy.
