bug#1300: 23.0.60; delete-(non-)matching-lines: index entries in Emacs manual

The index entries link to node Other Repeating Search, but the
commands are not mentioned in that node. Perhaps the node should
mention these commands as aliases. Otherwise, following their index
entries will be confusing.

Please backport the fix to Emacs 22 also.
