Yes.
Please do the same analysis to the error and success colors as well. The Red
used by error needs it least, but they are all relatively bright.

I know where the problem comes from. The default foreground color
for the compilation warning face is too light, so it is hardly
readable on a light background. It is a bad color for the default
white background, and almost impossible for the mode-line where
its background makes the contrast close to none.
I think we should change the default light color `Orange'
to a slightly darker color.
