On a long line, the up/down arrows should go to the next buffer line. In this
version of emacs, it goes up/down to the next screen line instead. If this was
not a bug, there should be an option to disable this feature.
In GNU Emacs 23.0.90.1 (i386-pc-freebsd, GTK+ Version 2.12.11)
of 2009-03-04 on svdev.odonnellco.com
Windowing system distributor `Colin Harrison', version 11.0.70300030
configured using `configure '--with-x-toolkit=gtk' '--enable-font-backend'
'--x-libraries=/usr/local/lib' '--x-includes=/usr/local/include'
'--prefix=/usr/local' '--mandir=/usr/local/man' '--infodir=/usr/local/info/'
'--build=i386-freebsd' 'build_alias=i386-freebsd' 'CC=cc' 'CFLAGS=-O2
-fno-strict-aliasing -pipe' 'LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib -lintl'
